Xperien is committed in influencing and playing a role in the community that we operate in. As part of our social investment we have identified Sparrow Aids Village as our partner in ensuring that people look forward to going back to their communities & workplace after treatment as their motto indicates, "Get up and go".

As we are all affected by HIV/AIDS in someway as well as in the workplace, we have taken into our hands a responsibility of investing in a computer centre for adults, children and orphans at the centre. It has been identified by Sparrow staff that most adults patient, often lose/resign from their jobs or forced to retire early as soon as they become constantly sick.

They are thus not optimistic about going back to their communities and workplace as they are seen as outcasts. This has given them hope to increase their computer knowledge as well as other life skills received thus enabling them to find jobs or start their own businesses. The children are ecstatic as this will enable them to increase their computer knowledge as well.

Sparrow Rainbow Villiage

Sparrow is in need of volunteers with various IT services including training personnel, maintenance personnel, networking equipment, gaming software for children.
